| My guess is that your program is set up so that it has a max size that it can be from left to right and perhaps some other positioning requirements that are strange. I would further speculate that somehow your window got very wide while not on the maximized setting. So wide that between the max width and positioning limitations coded in, you can’t move it further left.
My goal would be to reduce the width of the window. Since you can’t do that from the right side, I would start at the left side and move it to the right, reducing width. Then move the entire window left. Repeat over and over until the entire screen is visible.
After your width is better, then see if it will allow you to position where you want.
Realistically, when you get the width under control you should just be able to maximize the window.
Alternatively you could hold the windows key down and press the up arrow and it should maximize the window immediately.
