We use a 10 ft kuhn tiller,takes about 100 hp from our 150 hp tractor, minimum,this will break these up here but there I know nothing of Australian soils,I would avoid power harrow,Be sure your discs on slip clutch are able to slip a tiny bit if all of these dont break up,pray for rain
