Subject: Breaking hard clay boulders - Power harrow?

Howdy,
I recently deep ripped hard black clay ground dry. Only 6 to 8 inches - *had to be done, couldn't wait for rain

The ground had never been worked before, probably had 100 years of compaction from cattle.

Anyway, see the photo. I've got big clay hard boulders to try and break down. I have tried to run my 28 plate offset disc over them but I'd have to go over them 20 times before they finally break down to nothing. Some boulders are as big as a basketball

My question is, how powerful is a Power Harrow? I've got 155hp to pull something.
Would a Power Harrow be able to break these down? I've got no problems borrowing one, or purchasing just to get the job done. Looking at a 4 to 4.5m Power Harrow if you guys think it will do the job.

I cannot think of another way, without getting a good rain then running the offset over them.

Thoughts?
