I have seed/fertilizer spread on with floater, booms not a spinner. Incorporate with a cultivator with full width sweeps. The sweeps are barely in the ground, you can see them approx 50% of the time, the harrow teeth are set very aggressive, vertical as long as not carrying residue. Then roll with a heavy roller. I try to time this before a decent rain.
