So was it essentially plug and play? Hook up the single point hookup and go cut beans?

That's exactly what it is....plug and play.
You will need to run one 2-wire harness from the feederhouse to the power strip in the cab so you can switch between reel fore/aft and header tilt but that's a 10 min job.
