Thought it would start slowly and I can figure out controls after a quick once over of the owner's manual. (I'm 60, never been a game player). A slight south wind carried it too?????? I've spent 3 hours looking my wife can't stop ribbing me about it. I've always liked the drone pictures here and thought I'd be joining the pack......not happening. Please tell me I'm not the only old fart that has done this. SIL got a $100 dollar one for Xmas from his mother - brought it out here to the farm. Other SIL was over too - took it for a spin, after briefly reading the directions. It went straight up, almost out of sight, then headed due west . . . . . . . last we saw of it. Felt bad for SIL (the owner) and got the same as a replacement - it's still at my home, in the box. Other SIL, that was the pilot is scared to test out the new one. I've played with it a bit, but takes a lot to "balance" it out, before take off (foe/aft and all that stuff). You won't be the first or last to make the drone into a UFO . . lol |
