Local elevator put up several 48' bins last year. I think it took 100 yards per pad (they formed a footer and then filled the center later). Concrete is $94 per yard here. So you would have $9400 just in the concrete. Add in rebar, gravel and labor. $17k sounds like it would be in the ballpark to do it right.
