I have found a mini iPad sized screen is the nicest compromise. A full sized tablet is really nice viewing but gets tiring to hold and maneuver such a big screen hanging on a controller. A phone is kinda small screen to see everything - tho some of the latest smart phones have a pretty big screen....
Nothing wrong with any of the three, but I find the mid sized screen is the best of all worlds.
