Do ing harm is one part relatively new to all aviation. Avoiding collisions with existing human occupied aircraft is more than enough to drive this on its own.
What do you say to Jason's claim "I can build an ultralite and fly it without any tracking needed or training." Is it not true or is the FAA failing here big time?
