I have not updated Quickbooks, currently using 2002.  I considered updating several times, and upon consulting with others and reading product information, decided there was no reason to update.  I have no problems with v2002, and the minor reasons for updating are not good enough yet for me to change. 

My auditor changes versions every year, and so far the new versions will translate my 2002 files.
