Because they have never accounted for the previous waived gallons and aren’t accounting for future waiver gallons. I don’t expect anything to change. Farmers are strongly behind Trump so there is no reason for him to change. We will continue to get treated like a rented mule until farmer sentiment changes. Here’s a little money now get to work. |
