I bought a bunch at a sale one time. All they are is a 1 1/2 x 3/16 in a 30 inch circle for supports. Vertical pieces are 1/8 x 1 1/2 strips. One bolt in each end to ladder. One bolt where horizontal piece crosses vertical. 4 vertical pieces around the circle. Blacksmith shop here would make them in short order.
