Kind of tough to use as a good benchmark.
Are bins included?
How much custom work is done? If all spraying, harvesting, and grain hauling is custom done, then number will be wildly different than someone that does everything and doesn't hire out anything.
We're around $250/ac but for all intents and purposes, do everything ourselves.
Also depends on whether you like wrenching or not.
