Hi Ken, my guess is Flexstar burn without seeing the pictures and even then could be wrong.

Rain says you plants are trying to metabolize the chemical I think.
I didn't get too much burn, don't know why, must be the sugar, LOL.
Look up Septoria Brown Spot on Soybeans and see what you think.
