Oswald No-Till Farm Cleghorn, IA
Clarence,

I am not sure what the Pro-600 needs, but I do know that the UD+ display worked with my generic home built Garmin puck when my MX 210 was in the shop during planting season. The UD+ did do a nice job of mapping and the Pro-600 should be better yet. If getting a 12xx planter, you will find it will plant about any corn seed size nicely. Still have my 955 vertical fold but used the 12 r stacker for both beans and corn this first year.

Also, if running a MX210 or others in that series be sure the hydraulic system is working properly. My MX 210 was in the shop next to another MX 210 (both had been running 1200 planters). Apparently the planter uncovers a design flaw in the hydraulic stack whereby a signal poppet the size of a pencil eraser starts wearing the valve slice causing all sorts of pressure buildup issues. The slices I believe price at $800/slice and all 4 were replaced on my tractor. Looking at the bill, it appears that CNH supported the parts. Just a head's up.
