East Central South Dakota | My custom cutters just pulled back in to help me finish up. They had machines up to Jamestown. They said Jamestown area is as screwed up as our area or worse. They had a driver drive into water on a township road that didn't have a road closed sign. You can see the poor kid hanging on the trailer corner in the picture. Cab was submerged.
