We have SCH cutting system on both a Deere 925 flex and an IH 1020 -22.5 ft flex. We like them They do a good job and are very tough when cutting soybeans or field pea in rocks. I also like how you can reverse the up / down sequence of the knife sections and wear the guards out twice. Only thing I don't like is that the SCH knife cuts a little higher off the ground than the OM knife system.
Last year some were talking about mounting the SCH system upside down which makes it cut very low. They also said this is not recommended in rocks.
The 925 head has a Crary air reel, I would not be without it in short soybeans, saves a lot of beans.
