As one irrigation company used to say in their advertisement..."if you can farm it, we can irrigate it". You would be surprised to see some of the insane hilly crap being farmed around here.
Your layout looks good. We have found in the low spots it is best to build a small berm for the pivot to run on. Keeps it out of the soft ground that way yet you can still farm over the berms.
