Chebanse, IL..... | I think fire suppression systems require some kind of maintenance and or inspections to insure their reliability. That may not be something we can do on farm equipment. If an insurance investigator could prove that such a system was not properly maintained, perhaps the burned tractor owner could be out of coverage entirely due to criminal negligence.
I'm not sure about this, just a guess. But, I am sure you can't just put a fire suppression system on & hope that 10 years later it still work. |
