central NE | Looking at purchasing new 2500HD sierra gmc with 6.0 engine and 3.73 rear end and 6 speed automatic tranny.Is the mileage any better with the 3.73 transmission than the 4.10 I have how? And will the transmission work better than the 02 chev transmission I run now pulling a 20 ft goose neck stock trailor. Any advice good oor bad would be appreciated before I make this deal. Looked at a ford 250 but a 5.4 engine is to small I believe and v-10 gas mileage will stink, and if you could find a diesel, I don't put enough miles on th afford the extra expense of the motor. | |
