Maryland | You can do a search for harvs farms supply. Not sure why the name difference for Bish, but they are the ones that make them. Prices are on the website. I did make several changes and improvements to their kit. The faceplate hung down too low on the bottom and would drag in the dirt if I tilted the head back too far, so I cut a little off of the bottom and reinforced it. Works like it should now. Also shortened some of the hoses and made it look a little more organized and secured them away from the PTO shaft. Also got a better plug for the electrical from a case 2208 head (the bish one was plastic) and finally the finishing touches to confuse everyone!
