Canmore Ab. Canada | Edamame beans seem to be the new trendy food here now. That or I just don't get off the farm often enough.
I believe they are soy beans but that is all I know. Are they a special variety or will any old soybean do? Are they immature when picked? Any info would be appreciated.
I have had them a time or two. Boiled, buttered and salted and you suck them out of the shell? I liked them but I like butter and salt...
