We talked to a couple that wanted us to enter into an option to lease. One or two years option and then proomised $1200 per AC if they exercised the option. They said the needed the option time for due diligence.
But they are liars as what they really want the time for is to try and sell the paper.
Asked them for a balance sheet . They can not give it to you as they are private entity.
Asked them for a list of projects with their name on it and very little to see.
Glossy brochure and that is about it.
So the option total was like $1500 for the one or two year.
I listened to them enough and then told them to get lost.
Very similar to oil and gas lease with a draft. Just a scam.
