Cattle Feeder - Do you know where the Inlet filter is located. We have replaced the twin hyd filters on the machine and have new fluid but still don't have adequate flow to pull the tractor more than 20 feet. The parts manual shows a inlet filter but we can't locate it. The tractor has been sitting 10+ years (It's a 1973 model JI Case 1370)
