Subject: Re: Cargill Grain Bin Purchase Program

Belmont WI
I had alot of neighbors used the program a couple of years ago. The problem was they did it with a price lock of about 2.50. Last year they weren't to happy delivering 1.75-2.00 corn with basis off. Be very carefull. The program here is Cargill builds the bin you sell the grain to Cargill for a set price however many bushel bin times price for x years.
In my opinion it is never good when a buyer calls you asking you to sell corn. I think it is similiar when they want ot build you a bin.
