Excellent discussion.  In essence, the creation of money is being consumed by the "black hole" of debt.  Until we have seen a significant reduction in debt we will not see inflation.  

The question I have is how will the tremendous amount of debt the government continues to acquire affect the efforts to increase the money supply if debt is the enemy of inflation at this time?
