Cheap, simple, easy things first. Make sure the regulated pressure is correct, 310psi if I remember correct. Next make sure the high and low pressure standby is right, I don't remember what they are 375 low maybe and 3000 high, not sure right now not enough coffee yet. After that it could be a check valve in the load sense line or the pump has a wore spot in it. The pump would be my last thing to look at.
