Southeast PA | Pigfarmer82,
Do your fans/burners shut off when it dumps? Ours is run by a calcudri and moisture sensors. Our electrician set ours up that they shutoff every dump. We let it run this way over night, now we come in to it running normally. Before over night a spout or spouts close to one of the sensors would plug, then it thinks it's getting dry (monitor reads 12 or 13%) but it's actually dumping wet corn. Now we come in and it's just working normally. The lack of air pressure against the corn when it's dumping allows the beeswings to fall through with the corn instead of laying on top of the corn at the spouts.
This is from yesterday morning, about 36° and drying 17-23% corn. Top dry is on the right, there's a horizontal dryer in the middle of the bins, and the bin to the left of center was being filled with hot corn.
