west illini - 10/15/2019 22:26 Now he has to sign in to Microsoft to use Word, or other ms programs. He has account and tried to log . But it won’t let him. He used forgot password, created new one, and still won’t let him in . Now what ?

Not that big of an issue, you can work around it.
