Well, I know as part of our ambulance service, and the ford ambulance package actually doesn't offer a diesel option for the 2010 year. Gas only. The new engine will not fit in the van chassis, which is what the ambulance uses, so instead of redesigning some things, they are only offering gas for 2010.
