9220 JD did it to us last winter, liked to throw the driver out the windshield. They told us it was a momentary loss of communication bewteen the shifter on the arm rest and the transmission. Only did it once. We checked all the connections on the arm rest and in the back of the cab. Thought some of them were loose and maybe corroded. Never did it again so must have hit on something that solved it.
