Central Iowa
Yes I understand, I've had several years when it was too wet to rebuild ridges. What I have found out over the years is ridges can be maintained for an indefinite period of years because I take very little soil off the top of the ridge. I believe even a small ridge is better than no ridge.

I have some odd shaped fields and all of my headlands which I no till. I had several years awhile back that I started moving toward no till on everything until I started encountering weed resistance with reduced cultivation. So I'm back to a "goal" of cultivating everything twice, I don't always reach that goal however.

I would agree the system is a big plus for controlling weeds in non-gmo crops.
