| Had to do mandatory drug testing for custom combining. Put that in the ad and you had a lot less applicants all of a sudden. I liked it that way. Did pre employment test then they would pool in to the random test. Had 90 days to complete the random but by then we were done with the employees. If they passed the preemployment that was the main one. As long as they showed up I never had one fail. | |
