Well I run AI turbo tee's spraying forward.  Seems I got sold on the TT's and never went back to flats.

our other Hagie runs flat fans, not for sure if they are AI like you, I think they are.  Mine has only been cleaned when it rains on it.  I have seen no need to wash it every night.  I have only seen the other Hagie once since it left the main yard, but when I did it didn't look any worse than ours for drift.  

We can get 60 to 75 dew points when we are spraying but not all the time.  seems that is when there is no wind though and it is hotter than a bacrud out.  LOL
