dutchdirtfarmer - 9/12/2019 19:39 How bad are raisins, peppers, yogurt, carrots, popcorn? I have a bad sweet tooth. But don't eat lot of breads. Sunday candy is worse. I don't drink lot of pop. Maybe a can a week. Drink milk out of the tank. About a gallon a week. Lot of decaffeinated tea. Try not eat candy during the week.

I'm pretty sure there's a free site that you can look up what you like to eat, but from the MyFitnessPal site where I subscribe, I get this:

Raisins, 1cup seeded - 129g carbs, 11g fiber, 1,361g sodium, 0g sugars (that confuses me, but that's what it says)
Peppers, 1cup green chopped - 7g carbs, 3g fiber, 4g sugars
Popcorn, 1cup, no butter - 6g carbs, 1g fiber, 38g sugars
Yogurt, Yoplait 6oz - 16g carbs, 0g fiber, 10g sugars
Carrots, 1cup raw chopped - 12g carbs, 4g fiber, 6g sugars

Net carbs are calculated by subtracting grams of fiber from total carbs, so the raisins would be 118 net carbs, etc. It's generally suggested to stay below 50g carbs daily to be in ketosis. Everyone is a little different, and John Burns is much, much more knowledgeable than I. This is just what I've learned so far.
