Never did production contracts. Sold them once they were in the bin. Usually as local small company needed the bushels to finish loading train cars. We got $4 bushel over CBOT most years. Sunopta used to deal in them but I really didnt feel "safe" to do business with them. I sold them to a small independent.
Used Pursuit or Oddessy. Has a residual and kept it pretty clean.
