Farmall A made in India, C made in Italy, if that gives you any idea of the targeted price points and quality of the two. Farmall C has a long lineage back to the New Holland TN series and Fiat before that. Like others mentioned A is very basic. They also weigh about 1300 lbs less than a comparable C.
I was looking at a 2019 75 A, metal tag said made in Turkey, the same country the 75 C is made in.
