Can you get a helper? That is one job I hate doing by myself. About two weeks ago I had a roller out and had to remove the track I had my wife drive the skid loader while it was up on blocking.then with one six foot 1 1/4" shaft I was able to remove the track in about ten minutes. I replaced the roller and it was about 15 minutes to get the track back on the machine. I just hook the track in the drive gear and back roller then push the front over to the roller. Then slowly drive that side forward while prying it on the front roller go slow when your helper is turning since a guy could get hurt very quickly.
