Subject: adding tomato paste

Pittsburg, Kansas

Wife added some double concentrated tomato paste (comes in a tube like tooth paste) by squirting some in a small bottle of this dressing. I would not say it was Otts dressing but that is kind of what it reminded us of. Or maybe of a non-sweet Bar-B-Q sauce. It was good on both salad and on meat in place of BBQ (which is usually loaded with sugar so we avoid). So adding tomato paste is another option.

The concentrated tomato paste has some carbs and natural sugar so a person has to be careful with the amount added to the dressing and the amount consumed. But it is WAY better in that respect than commercial dressings or sauces.
