I have the same trouble when they sit a long time and batteries get low ,turn key to on it will give those codes then turn key off wait till ever thing is off then start again and it should work , the computer goes to sleep and needs to restart .
In further turn key on wait turn off then start
Had that happen to both my RT's this week IVT & power shift were the same 2010 Models
