You treager people amuse me. :) 700 is just starting to get a bit warm on a Big Green Egg. I do pizzas at 850 on a regular basis. Only take a minute or so. And we really open them up to do a clean burn. Vents wide open and let'em rip. I've seen mine go over 1200. Your traeger would be a puddle on the ground at those temps. ;)
