NW Iowa
Correct more than likely the speed sensor. Make sure you don't have a bunch of oil dirt caked up around it. Once it locks you out you have to restart the tractor to reset it. But it could be your engage solenoid or selector solenoid, but normally they don't even let you start spinning if its bad.
Another thing to check, keep those solenoids on the back of the tractor behind the valve bank on top of tran cleaned off. If you let mud and debris pile up, it can cause those to over heat or corrode.
Your pto engage, pto selector, diff lock, and fwa are under there. Another handy hint, unbolt that hazard sign mount and throw it in the trash so you can get at them and clean better.

Your throttle only bother when this happens or is that a separate thing?

There is 2 sensors back there both the same part #

72476629 HALL SENSOR

You don't have to wait for a complete shutdown. Let the def pump down and just hit your battery reset by your right foot under that plastic cover. Sometimes you will get a triangle and error if you hit it too quick, just shut it off and restart it and it will go away.

You set your throttle presets in the C1000 controller, then you just select them with your A/B switch on the arm rest.
