This is a very tasty low carb salad dressing recipe. Wife makes it. We ate out lunch today (good excuse for a motorcycle ride) at the Mall Deli in Pittsburg. We both had chili and a side salad. Brought our own dressing for the salad. Here it is.

Avocado oil (or olive oil)

Coconut vinegar (or apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar) Regular vinegar would work too.

Salt and Pepper

Italian seasoning blend

Onion powder

Garlic powder

Wife said she finally measured it and can get amounts if anyone wants, but really she always before just made it to taste. I think she measured it so our daughter could duplicate it. Just add the amounts of each to where it tastes the way you like it.

Shake well before dispensing as it will separate. Use as much as you like. We have been known to put it on steaks and other foods.

If we know we are eating out wife puts a small squeeze bottle of it (inside a plastic bag just in case) in her purse. We also carry some packets of powdered lime juice to put in our water or tea. Amazing how much money you can save eating out by not buying drinks but drink water instead.

John, would you mind posting the amount of each ingredient for this salad dressing recipe??

If not, my wife can experiment.

THANKS!!
