In four months of keto, I lost 40+ lbs. And that's a post-menopausal female metabolism. Sloooowwwwwwwwwww!! I started working out (1 hr HIIT class 3x/wk) at the 40# mark, and have lost another 20. As a male, you can expect no worse than that, and generally quite a bit better if you stick with it. Good luck!! You'll enjoy the way you feel!
