Thanks John! That's what I'm gonna do! You're 110% right about prevention!

I know everyone responds to things differently, but if I would follow your advice to a T, what would be a reasonable amount of weight loss to expect in 30 days? 5 lbs??

How many grams of carbs are you limiting yourself to?? You probably posted it elsewhere, just forgetting.
