SE South Dakota | I do not know what used 3 pt Gold Digger Pro tile plows sell for but I would think that they would close to your price range. I do think that for the money and the quality of the tile install the Gold Digger Pro will be hard to beat. I have put in several hundred thousand feet with ours and plan on lots more.
I would not dwell too long on your budget of $10,000. Tile is a very long term investment, the cost of the plow will be spread over many, many feet of tile. You could frankly pay for that $10,000 plow in just a few days.
If you are going to put a 3 pt Gold Digger Pro on your JD 8430T I have a suggestion for the top link on the 3 pt. JD's original link is not heavy enough. If you need the details just ask.

edit: I added the second picture. Two tile plows in the same field. John Dekam is installing a 12" main thru some of my fathers property. I can do 8" with our plow but have decided to hire anything larger than 8".
