Been doing remod & updates to my house and everything I'm doing is in PEX, only lesson I learned was that a run I switched from copper to pex to eliminate freezing problems (garage line) was 1/2" copper - used 1/2" pex and did notice a decrease in flow to the hydrant - so know in future that the 1/2" PEX is only for internal fixtures and nothing that would potentially have a hose end. otherwise love it - got one of the pillow block style clamps that you just reverse the two pieces for - one side for 1/2 and the other for 3/4. Works good and is 1/3 the cost of the lever style crimper - works for me as I am never doing more then 2-4 crimps for a entire project at one time.
