Idaho
One of the advantages of pex is to easily size the runs. From the pex maniflod "hot" side closest to the water heater run 3/8" dedicated line to the bath/s and kitchen faucets so the hot arrives sooner and less is wasted to cool unused in the line. The bath tub lines sized apppropriate to the fixtures. Shower line as above or smaller to have a built in water mizer. Large to exterior lawn faucets. Dish and cloths washers sized appropriate to the appliance to optimize/limit run time. Spagettii Yes highly efficient and user friendly Absolutely. Only be unhappy once.
