I probably wouldn't bother with the oats and trit. Whats your next crop? If going into beans plant triticale and winterpeas. If going into corn, well I wouldn't do that... Sudangrass is an annual grass just as corn is, the weeds adapted to one will be adapted to another and on top of that both are heavy feeders.

A stable organic rotation relies on alternating heavy and light feeders with alternating lifecycles to keep the nutrient cycle cycling and pests in check

We would follow that with no tilled rye, winter peas, and tillage radish (100,30,2lbs/ac) that would be crimped in late may and notilled to soybean, group 2.2 around here.
