Years ago my doctor prescribed me ibuprofen for pain. Prescription strength or he told me to just take over the counter 3 pills 4 times a day or 4 pills three times a day (12 per day total). Did that for a long time. Got scared of what it was doing to my stomach, changed to Alieve. Got scared of that and mixed in Tylenol periodically. Got scared of that and decided to mostly just deal with the pain. Seems like after taking the pain pills for a long period of time, their effectiveness was diminished anyway. From the time I did the diet change till today I have had 3 Tylenol pills (total, not per day). Pain is for the most part gone. Oh, if I mash my finger with a hammer I likely will take some pain pills short term. But the point is my pains went away with the diet change. The inflammation that was causing the pain went away, so the pain went away. So the need for the stomach or kidney damaging pain pills went away. Just happened to think I did not put that in my experience. Oh, and sex is about 500% better when I and my partner lost 125# combined. Not that it was bad before, but just like gaining weight a few pounds a year, you get used to it and forget what it was like being a hundred pounds lighter. It gradually steals away your vitality.
